Returns & Exchanges

At Goddess, we want you to feel empowered in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
